• Payments must be made by post-dated cheque according to the invoice date; otherwise, late fees may apply.

• Missed lessons will not be refunded.

• 24 hours’ notice is required in order for make-up lessons to be offered, to a maximum of two per term.

• One month’s notice must be given prior to termination of lessons.

• Every effort will be made to ensure that program requirements are appropriate to the needs of the student. Each student is required to meet weekly expectations to the best of his/her ability, with ongoing parental encouragement and support.
